A 61-year-old man was pushed to death in a road rage incident in a trivial row over parking near a private hospital where he had come for treatment, on Deve Gowda Road in R. T. Nagar in the early hours of Wednesday. The accused, now arrested, works as a delivery executive in the city.
The victim, Syed Nisar Ahmed, 61, a resident of Kauser Nagar, suffering from paralysis and breathing issues had come to the hospital in a car with his son and son-in-law for consultation. The victim and his son noticed that the accused had parked his scooter obstructing the path and reportedly asked him to move it aside, so that they could park their car in front of the hospital as the victim was ill and not able to walk properly.
