Boy, 13, is arrested after 12-year-old died 'falling from playground'

A 13-year-old boy has been arrested after a 12-year-old fell from a playground roundabout and died.

Logan Carter is believed to have died after the wheels of an e-bike were allegedly used to propel the roundabout in Winsford, Cheshire, on Friday.

A teenage boy has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, before he was released under investigation.

Logan died at the scene of the tragedy at the Wharton Recreation Ground at around 6pm on Friday.

A teenage suspect was arrested later the same evening evening, police said.
