California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) said he’s sick of Republicans’ failure to crack down on gun violence.
The Democratic politician sent a scathing message to members of the GOP while resharing an ABC News report about the shooting that killed two people and wounded over a dozen at a Catholic school in Minneapolis on Wednesday.
“We cannot even make it through the first week of school without mass shootings,” he wrote. “And the @GOP will continue to do absolutely nothing while our kids are being gunned down.”
“This is sick,” Newsom added.
Around 8:30 a.m. Central time on Wednesday, an individual armed with a rifle, shotgun and pistol attacked Minneapolis’ Annunciation Church while children were attending Mass.
