South Korea’s largest LNG buyer, Korea Gas (Kogas), has signed agreements to buy 3.3 million tons per year of LNG from the US, including with commodity trader Trafigura, as it looks to shift its supply focus from the Middle East to the US, the firm said Tuesday.
