President Donald Trump attempted to step into a polarizing situation and settle it like a statesman.
No, we’re not talking about the war between Russia and Ukraine. This is about something more serious: the new Cracker Barrel logo, silly.
The president took to his Truth Social platform on Tuesday morning to offer his thoughts on the new Cracker Barrel logo, which replaces the one of an old white guy near a barrel for one that just features the name of the restaurant inside a slightly barrel-shaped hexagon.
Surprisingly, Trump didn’t take the predictable “old man shakes fist at cloud” approach to the logo change, and instead suggested Cracker Barrel simply admit it made a mistake:
“Cracker Barrel should go back to the old logo, admit a mistake based on customer response (the ultimate Poll), and manage the company better than ever before,” Trump said in the post.
