The Chittoor POCSO Court on Tuesday has sentenced two persons for life imprisonment for raping a minor girl under Tiruchanur Police station limits in Tirupati district in the year 2019.
After having darshan at Tirumala along with her family members, the girl hailing from Madanapalle was proceeding to Tiruchanur Sri Padmavati Ammavari temple around midnight on November 24, 2019, when she sought lift from 34-year-old Chittoor Venkatesh and 34-year-old Bukke Rajamohan Naik, named as the A1 and A2 respectively in the case.
