Telangana High Court on Friday (August 22, 2025) declined to stay the tabling the report of Justice (Retired) P.C. Ghose Commission — which inquired into the allegations of irregularities in execution of Kaleshwaram project — on the floor of Assembly.
After hearing the arguments for two consecutive days in the two writ petitions seeking to quash the Commission’s report, the High Court bench comprising Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh and Justice G.M. Mohiuddin said ‘no interim directions need to be passed’ in the matter.
