Rajya Sabha adjourned till 2 p.m. immediately after commencing on Tuesday (August 19, 2025) as Opposition protested Deputy Chairman Harivansh rejecting all 20 notices demanding discussion on various issues. Meanwhile, in the Lok Sabha too, Opposition resorted to loud protests and sloganeering over “vote theft” allegations.
