Irate commuters have turned on a passenger who dropped his trousers in a packed Tube carriage with children present and refused to pull them up again, the Daily Mail can reveal today.

Police are investigating the incident on the Hammersmith and City line in east London yesterday at 3.30pm.

It is yet another horrifying incident on the Tube, which is run by Sadiq Khan's Transport for London. Since he became Mayor in 2016, Tube crime rates have more than doubled.

Just last month a brawl broke out on the steps of a packed station - with a screaming toddler ending up on the floor in the chaos.

The suspect, who was well dressed and wearing expensive headphones, caused panic when he began yelling after the eastbound train stopped at Upton Park.
