Mangaluru-based Paschima Karavali Railway Yatri Abhivridhi Samithi on August 7 urged the Southern Railways to extend two trains, now being terminated at Mangaluru Junction, to Mangaluru Central, expedite construction of railway over bridge at Pandeshwar Level Crossing, besides putting forth some other crucial demands.
Samithi President G. Hanumanth Kamath and member G. K. Bhat submitted a memorandum in this regard to SR’s Palakkad Divisional Railway Manager Madhukar Roat during his visit to Mangaluru.
