Two motorcyclists were killed in separate road accidents at South Kalamassery and Arakkunnam on Monday morning (August 4, 2025).
In the first accident, K.K. George, 53, of Mulanthuruthy, was killed when a bus belonging to an engineering college rammed his motorcycle from behind, grievously injuring him, on the Mulanthuruthy-Arakkunnam Road around 8.30 a.m. According to the first information report, the driver of the college bus drove recklessly and hit the motorcycle, causing the victim to collide with a lorry in front under the impact.
