"Freakier Friday" star Lindsay Lohan isn't just serving up nostalgia on the silver screen.

The Critics' Choice-nominated actress and former child star, whose starring roles in "The Parent Trap," "Freaky Friday" and "Mean Girls" have made her synonymous with millennial pop culture, revisited some of her most iconic characters on the press tour for "Freakier Friday," a sequel to the 2003 body-switching comedy starring Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis.

While attending the film's U.K. premiere in London on Thursday, July 31, Lohan sparkled in a sequined, lavender halter gown by Ludovic de Saint Sernin that mirrored the dress worn by "Freaky Friday" protagonist Anna Coleman in the film's closing scenes. She completed the look with a campy, guitar-shaped purse that paid homage to her character's musician background.

"London, You're the Ultimate!" wrote Lohan on Instagram alongside a photo of the nostalgic look, also referencing the soundtrack theme song "Ultimate."

Aside from her fashion tributes, Lohan has also been reconnecting with her movie-making family amid the press tour. During the "Freakier Friday" Los Angeles premiere on July 22, Lohan posed for photos with Lisa Ann Walter and Elaine Hendrix, who starred with Lohan in her film debut "The Parent Trap."
