In 2016, during a performance at Haifa's Gan Haem, I was informed that then-Minister of Education Miri Regev decided to cancel the show. She failed, and the silencing attempt turned that performance into a groundbreaking, powerful event. I received phone calls, hugs, accolades – but inside, I felt something missing.
