Israel's Health Ministry instructed hospitals to prepare to discharge new mothers within 12 hours of giving birth, in a bid to reduce their stay in hospital as much as possible due to the dangerous security situation and following the Iranian missile strike on Soroka Medical Center in Be'er Sheva, southern Israel, on Thursday morning.
