The IDF struck multiple targets in Iran in the past 24 hours, including a site near Tehran where hundreds of anti-tank missiles were manufactured over the years and transferred to Iranian allies like Hezbollah, the IDF said.
In a press conference, IDF Spokesman Brig. Gen. Effie Defrin said that the army also attacked a centrifuge manufacturing site and additional sites for manufacturing missiles in the vicinity of the Iranian capital.
Fighter jets are circling over launch and storage sites for surface-to-surface missiles in western Iran and are prepared to attack operatives who approach, he said. "Our message to them is clear – if you try to return and restore your capabilities, you will be attacked," he warned.
The IDF spokesman emphasized that despite the limited barrages, "one must not become complacent." He said, "The Iranian regime still has significant capabilities."
