An unnamed Israeli official has told CNN that Israel is waiting to see whether the U.S. will help attack Iran, while another official said that 'the whole operation is premised on the fact that the US will join at some point.'
Two of the officials told CNN that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu "is not explicitly urging Trump to approve U.S." but "is hoping Trump reaches that decision himself, without feeling like he has been pressured into it by his Israeli counterpart."
