Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded to ABC's questions regarding reports that President Donald Trump rejected plans to kill Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei over concerns it would escalate the conflict, saying, "It's not going to escalate the conflict, it's going to end the conflict."
"I'm not going to get into the details, but we've targeted their top nuclear scientists," he added. "It's basically Hitler's nuclear team."
When asked if Israel would target Khameini, he said Israel was "doing what we need to do."
