A married Indiana teacher who police say raped young boys while forcing them to wear Scream masks is selling her home after being dumped by her husband, according to court records.
Brittany Fortinberry's husband, Nicholas, filed for divorce on February 25 as the 31-year-old educator was charged with more than three dozen felonies related to her alleged sex crimes with at least six students as young as 13.
Nicholas has since filed a motion with the court revealing his intention to sell his and Brittany's marital home in Martinsdale.
While Brittany sits in jail awaiting trial, Nicholas claimed he can no longer afford it, according to divorce records seen by TMZ.
The couple told a judge they've been using monthly benefits from the Department of Veteran Affairs to pay the mortgage but explained that this money is no longer being deposited into their joint account.
