Laurence Fox was told he must wait two-and-a-half years to stand trial for allegedly sharing a photo of TV star Narinder Kaur.
The actor turned activist, 46, is accused of re-posting the image on his X account in April 2024.
Married mother-of-two Narinder, 52, had reported the post to police when it was shared after claiming she felt 'violated, humiliated and degraded.'
He is accused of sharing a photograph or film of person in intimate state intending to cause alarm distress or humiliation and sending a photograph or film of genitals to cause alarm, distress or humiliation.
The first charge alleges on April 30 last year, in the Borough of Lewisham, he 'intentionally shared a photograph which showed, or appeared to show, another person, namely Narinder Kaur, in an intimate state, with the intention of causing that person alarm, distress or humiliation'.
