Minister in charge of Mandya district N. Cheluvarayaswamy visited the house of Poornachandra from Rayasamudra in K.R. Pet taluk who died in the recent stampede outside M. Chinnaswamy stadium in Bengaluru and handed over a cheque of ₹25 lakh to the mother of the deceased.
He was accompanied by MLA for K.R. Pet H.T. Manju and Deputy Commissioner Kumar.
