Reese Witherspoons former Libbey Ranch in Ojai was a seven-acre property combining historic architecture with extensive grounds and multiple amenities. Designed by architect Wallace Neff, the property was originally built in 1923 as stables for Edward Libbey. The ranch featured a two-story main house, guest cottages, a carriage house, swimming pool, barn, stables, pastureland and mature oaks. Witherspoons acting career and other real estate holdings were also noted.
