Snoop Dogg to host VMAs in Los Angeles

NEW YORK (AP): The MTV Video Music Awards are returning to the West Coast this month and they’ve got a very West Coast host — Snoop Dogg. The rapper and entrepreneur will emcee the telecast live from Los Angeles on September 27, marking the first time since 2017 that the VMAs have picked a location that’s not in New York or New Jersey. The VMAs are scheduled to air simultaneously from the Peacock Theater on CBS, MTV, and Paramount+.
