The controversy surrounding the 2002 murder of former Chairman of the Onitsha Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Chief Barnabas Igwe, and his pregnant wife, Amaka, has resurfaced, with former Chairman of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), Professor Chidi Odinkalu, questioning Governor Chukwuma Soludo's decision to place Ken Emeakayi, who is a suspect in the unresolved killings, in charge of community security in Anambra State.
