Court orders advocate Kuben Samie to pay costs over failed urgent dumping application

The Durban High Court has ordered advocate Kuben Samie to pay legal costs personally after finding that an urgent application over alleged dumping in Clare Estate was improperly launched. The underlying environmental dispute has yet to be heard.
