English universities plan universal work experience access for all undergraduates by 2035. Lifelong careers support will also be provided to graduates throughout their professional lives. Students will gain access to artificial intelligence tools and AI trailblazer lecturers. This initiative aims to better prepare graduates for evolving workplace demands and needs. The proposals were developed after listening to employer challenges and skills requirements.
