Andritz tapped to modernise Slovakia's largest hydropower plant

Austrian plant engineering group Andritz AG (VIE:ANDR), in partnership with Slovak engineering firm VUJE, has won a contract to modernise the 720-MW Gabcikovo hydropower plant in Slovakia, which is touted as the largest such facility in the country.
