Telangana High Court sets aside divorce decree, says long separation alone cannot be ground for divorce

The Telangana High Court has set aside a divorce decree granted by a Family Court on the ground of cruelty, holding that the husband had failed to prove the allegations made against his wife and that neither the Family Court nor the High Court could dissolve a marriage solely on the ground of “irretrievable breakdown of marriage”.
