MUMBAI: With crude oil prices showing a rising trend due to increasing hostilities between US and Iran in the Persian Gulf region, and a weakening rupee threatening to hit the 95-to-the-dollar mark soon, sensex on Tuesday lost 555 points to close at 75,577 points. Also, as foreign funds continued to sell Indian stocks, on NSE, Nifty lost 144 points to close at 23,635 points.
