India, China hold senior military commander-level talks on both sides of border; first such meet in Arunachal

India and China held two senior military commander-level flag meetings on September 6 and 7, with one session at Vacha on the Indian side in Arunachal Pradesh and another at Damai on the Chinese side, the MEA said. The meetings followed understandings between the countries and discussions under the WMCC mechanism.
