Nitin Gadkari says driving licence, vehicle RC may be suspended for repeated traffic violations under negative points system

Union minister Nitin Gadkari has said his ministry is working on a new graded points-based system for driving licences and vehicle registration certificates, under which every traffic offences would cut points and repeated violations could eventually lead to suspension or cancellation.
