Delhi Police on Monday issued a security advisory ahead of the 18th BRICS Summit in New Delhi on September 12-13, asking citizens to remain vigilant at crowded places, report suspicious activity, verify tenants and domestic workers, and avoid unnecessary gatherings near sensitive locations, designated routes and summit-linked venues.
