Tata Motors has launched a voluntary tender offer to acquire all common shares of Iveco Group for €14.1 per share in cash, valuing the Italian commercial vehicle maker at about €3.82 billion. Backed by Ivecos largest shareholder, Exor, the deal aims to take Tata Motors commercial vehicle business global and could lead to Ivecos delisting from Euronext Milan.
