Moser's 56-year-old mother, Rachel Moser, was charged with helping cover up the murder by following her son to dump the vehicle, washing his bloody clothes, and hiding the knife. Both mother and son face charges including tampering with evidence, abuse of a corpse, and obstruction of justice, with Rachel Moser also charged with hindering apprehension. The mother and son are being held without bail at Washington County Jail ahead of an October 13 formal arraignment.
