FSSAI takes actions against CG Foods, directs company to stop production of bhujia namkeen

India's food regulator FSSAI has ordered CG Foods India to stop producing veg bhujia. This action follows an inspection revealing significant hygiene and licensing rule violations. The company was found re-processing floor-collected noodles without proper heat treatment. Unlicensed manufacturing and predated packaging were also identified during the inspection. FSSAI seized over 32,000 kg of stock and initiated legal proceedings.
