West Bengal SSC likely to come out with reworked merit list for school teacher recruitment

The West Bengal SSC is reworking merit lists for teaching posts. This revision follows a state decision to reduce the OBC reservation quota. Counselling for interviewed candidates was suspended and will restart after the new list. Secondary school recruitment will also undergo a similar revision soon. The commission aims to complete all recruitment by May 2027.
