Chalet Hotels partners with The Job Plus and THSC to skill 5,000 new hospitality professionals by 2030

Chalet Hotels aims to create 5,000 sustainable livelihoods by 2030. This initiative connects industry demand with untapped talent from underserved communities. The program focuses on skilling youth from Maharashtra and Uttarakhand through structured training. Previously, 330 young people entered the workforce with National Skills Qualifications Framework certifications. This expanded program will significantly scale its impact and create accessible hospitality careers.
