Land pooling to open newer geographies for real estate development in Delhi

Delhi Master Plan 2047 will develop nearly 200 sq km of urban extension areas. This plan introduces new development models and strengthens land pooling for integrated growth. Infrastructure-led development will create new communities with essential amenities and connectivity. High-density mixed-use development is planned along Urban Extension Road-II.
