The African Democratic Congress, ADC, on Monday vowed to resist alleged intimidation and attempts to frustrate its candidates ahead of the 2027 general election, declaring that it would deploy the courts, laws and its voice rather than violence.

The ADC spokesman maintained that while a broad opposition alliance could strengthen the party’s chances, it was not a prerequisite for victory.
