RULAAC Petitions Abia Police Commissioner Over Whereabouts Of Resident Arrested Since 2023

The Rule of Law and Accountability Advocacy Centre has demanded the Nigeria Police Force to explain the whereabouts of the 30-year-old Mr. Chinedu Chris Ndu, arrested since January 2023 by operatives of the Rapid Response Squad. In a formal petition addressed to commissioner of police in Abia State Command, dated August 31, 2026, signed by RULAAC Executive Director, Okechukwu Nwanguma, demanded urgent, independent, and thorough investigation into the suspected enforced disappearance of Ndu.
