Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme extended till September 15

The Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme has seen a two-week extension, allowing companies more time to fulfill their statutory filing obligations. Stakeholders voiced their need for this additional compliance window to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Now, businesses can rectify any pending submissions in the MCA-21 registry, as they have until September 15 to take advantage of this second extension.
