NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday met with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisations Summit in Bishkek and discussed various aspects of bilateral ties.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold talks with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian in Bishkek, marking their first meeting since the West Asia war earlier this year.

Earlier, PM Modi had met with the Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and is expected to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin later in the day
