State Street Investment Management has completed its $65 million investment in Groww Asset Management, acquiring a 23% stake after regulatory approvals. The partnership will focus on product development, distribution and global market access, including index funds and exchange-traded funds. Groww is also expanding into wealth management and overseas investment opportunities.
