Jammu to spruce up over 200 blocks, 5,000 flats in migrant camps

Jammu migrant camps will soon see major repair and renovation works. Over 200 building blocks and 5,000 flats will be renovated for migrants. The Jammu and Kashmir government has approved Rs 82.45 crore for these essential infrastructure upgrades. Sewage treatment plants worth Rs 11.5 crore are also being finalized for several camps. Awareness camps will be conducted to inform beneficiaries about welfare and self-employment schemes.
