Chandigarh: Ahead of fresh e-auction in Sector 39-mandi, SCO sites’ reserve price hiked by over 43%

The total reserve price for all 23 sites has been fixed at ₹122.08 crore. Each site now carries a reserve price of ₹5.30 crore, up from ₹3.70 crore during the previous auction held in March 2025
