Pakistan Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has appealed to the international community over Indias suspension of the Indus Waters Treaty, warning of consequences for regional peace and security. Speaking at a US-based seminar, Dar highlighted Pakistans water vulnerabilities and climate pressures, while India maintains the treaty will remain suspended until cross-border terrorism ends.

“Pakistan will safeguard its legitimate rights and interests under the Treaty and international law,” the foreign minister says.
