A St Catherine woman was today fined a total of $37,000 and ordered to undertake 100 hours of community service for her boisterous conduct after she was confronted by the police for parking illegally. Gayan Black was charged with disorderly conduct, abusive and calumnious language, making a threat, no insurance, and failure to produce a driver’s licence. She was represented by attorneys-at-law Donahue Martin and Carole Phillips.
