Simar Khurana from Beamsville, Ontario, Canada, made her first video game when she was just 6 years and 364 days old, earning recognition from Guinness World Records as the worlds youngest female videogame developer. Her game, Healthy Food Challenge, was inspired by a doctors advice about eating healthy and was created to help children understand the difference between nutritious food and junk food. Simar had begun learning coding less than a year earlier, with her father Paras Khurana encouraging her interest in mathematics and technology.
