Court dismisses father’s bid to regain custody of twin daughters amid sexual abuse claims

The High Court has dismissed most of an urgent application by a father seeking to regain primary residence of his three-year-old twins, while ordering an urgent Family Advocate investigation into their best interests. The court made no finding on the sexual abuse allegations, which remain under investigation.
