Tamil Nadu CM Vijay moves Madras HC to vacate stay on conducting bye-elections in 5 assembly segments

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay has approached the Madras High Court. He seeks to vacate an interim order restraining bye-election notifications for five constituencies.
