Paramount demonstrates systems as it prepares to launch new light armoured vehicle at AAD

Aerospace and defence company Paramount Group is preparing to unveil a new locally manufactured armoured vehicle at the upcoming biennial Africa Aerospace and Defence (AAD) expo, which will be held at Air Force Base Waterkloof, in Tshwane, from September 16 to 20. While Paramount Group is yet to reveal the name of the new vehicle, Paramount Land Systems CEO Deon Grobler said the new vehicle fits into the portfolio in the more mobile, lighter end of the spectrum and is classified as a light armoured military vehicle (LAMV).
